For Best results keep shrimp frozen until ready to use. Defrosting is unnecessary. Place frozen shrimp in salted boiling water. Simmer until done. Shrimp are pearly & opaque when cooked. Shrimp will be cooked when a minimum temperature of 74C/ 165F is reached. Once cooked, drain immediately refrigerate and serve chilled.
Ingredients: Shrimp, water, sodium tripolyphosphate & salt
Broil, boil or grill. Excellent addition to stir fry or pastas. Serve as an entree or on its own with chicken or steak.
